DEERFIELD—The Bulls traded forward Kyle Korver to the Atlanta Hawks in exchange for a trade exception and cash considerations.A nine-year veteran of the NBA, Korver spent two seasons in with the Bulls after signing as a free agent on July 13, 2010. During his two years with the Bulls, he played in 147 games (seven starts) and averaged 8.2 ppg, 2.1 rpg and 1.6 apg in 21.2 mpg. While in on the West Side, he also shot .433 from the field, .425 from behind the arc and .863 from the line.
Korver also appeared in 22 playoff games for the Bulls, and posted 5.8 ppg, 1.3 rpg, 1.2 apg, but his shooting percentage dropped in Post season at .392 shooting from the field and .400 from downtown in 16.8 mpg. Korver down side was inconsistency.
