DETROIT—Tai Odiase and Dominique Matthews scored 16 points apiece to help No. 6 seed UIC hold off third-seeded Wisconsin-Green Bay for a 79-70 win in the Horizon League Tournament on Sunday.UIC (15-17) will play No. 10 UW-Milwaukee in the tournament semifinals Monday.Matthews hit a 3-pointer midway through the second half to spark a 17-2 run that put the Flames on top 68-52 with 4:42 left.The Phoenix went 0 for 11 from the field during a nine-minute stretch in the second half that included UIC’s breakaway but then dug in and used a 10-0 run late in the game to cut the deficit to 72-70 with 1:08 left.
