Bulls get no luck this time in NBA lottery, they get the 14th(and last of lottery teams)pick.

The Bulls were in the lottery, but they got the worst pick(14th)of all teams that missed the Playoffs.  Also, since the Sacramento Kings were in the top 10(8th), the Bulls do not get their pick this year.
